At Mac Mini World we focus on providing exceptional customer care. Below are a few frequently asked questions.
How quickly will my dedicated Mac Mini Server be online?
Most orders are furfilled within 3 to 4 days. During this setup period we burn test the server to verify all components are
functional and network resources are consistantly available. Our goal is to provide a stable & reliable Mac platform for
hosting production websites and e-mail. Our intent is to offer a platform more reliable then any PC server solution.
What if I experience problems during setup?
During the first 48 hours that your account is active with us all support inquries are free of charge. This gives us
time to work out any configuration or connectivity problems which may arise.
How does the remote reboot work?
We will provide you with a login and password to an APC Masterswitch PDU. In the event that your server locks up, You can
use this device to reboot your server directly from the power strip located in our server racks. All of our Mac Mini servers
are configured to immediately power-on. This service is free of charge to all Mac Mini World customers.

Remote management is powered by VNC. We recommend customers use using TightVNC Client for Windows, or Chicken of the VNC for
Mac. These applications will provide you with a remote desktop view of your server, just as if you were sitting infront of
it. Visit the following link for more information on VNC clients for Mac OS X.

No, we do not immediately shutoff users for any reason. We understand that network utilization is often our of your control.
A technical support representive will contact you personally to verify your server if functioning correctly and that you
agree to pay for additional network resources. That last thing we want to do is impact your online business.
